On-site generator solutions for oil and gas applications

The Oreco NitroGen generators are easy and safe to operate. The fully-automated generators are basically plug-and-play and require minimum maintenance. Safety is a top priority for Oreco and the generators comply with the hightest industry standards and are equipped with gas sensors and PLC-based warning lights.

The NitroGen generators can be shipped as skid-mounted solutions, as fully containerised solutions or as tailor-made complete stationary plants. This illustrates a solution built into a 20' high cube container which makes it easy to transport from site to site.

Nitrogen is often used for tank blanketing purposes - for example in connection with cleaning of oil storage tanks. Before the Oreco BLABO tank cleaning system starts, the atmosphere inside the tank must be inert to avoid risk of explosion. This is done by introducing gaseous nitrogen into the tank to reduce the oxygen level to below 8 per cent.
