The Orecon nitrogen and oxygen generators are available either as a skid-mounted solution, fully containerised, trailer-mounted, or as a complete stationary plant depending on your requirements. We match your specific needs to capacity and gas can be adjusted to reach to 99.9% purity.
Containerized modular solutions
All key components, instrumentation and control are fully integrated into ISO 20’ high cube containers. This creates the highest degree of mobility and flexibility. The “plug & play” solution provides nitrogen on-the-spot and on-demand. The capacity for containerised modules is up to 500 Nm3/hr with a turn-down capacity down to 25% and gas purity from 95% up to 99.9%. Click to view technical information.
Tailor-made solutions
Oreco can design and deliver designed-to-purpose installations either mobile or stationary. Capacities, gas purity, delivery pressure, and operational pattern are the basic parameters to achieve the optimal solution. As an example, high pressure compressors for specialized high-pressure applications and/or filling stations.
User Benefits
Greater reliability
PSA generators are less sensitive than membrane generators. They are more robust and therefore better suitable for potentially harsh environments like Oil & Gas industry.
Higher purity
Membrane generators seldom offer purity higher than 99%. Optimum purity for membrane solutions is rarely higher than 94%. However, this is not the case with PSA solutions. As standard, gas purity from PSA generators 99.5% and can reach 99.9%.
Constant capacity
PSA generators consistently produce the same large amount of gas. By contrast, membrane systems suffer a natural capacity decay over time due to the natural degradation of the membrane material and air impurities fouling.
Lower maintenance costs
In average, maintenance costs for membrane solutions are higher than for PSA solutions. This is due to the long lifespan of the Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS Pellets). The pellets can perform optimum separation for at least 10 years without being replaced. By contrast, membranes are more fragile and start deteriorating from the moment the on-button is pressed. And membranes are expensive to replace.

Scope of supply
A complete installation requires air intake filters, compressor, refrigeration dryer, air buffer tank, PSA separation units and produced Nitrogen buffer tank. Optional supply includes high pressure compressors for high pressure applications and or filling station.
