SNS® - Tank cleaning nozzles

Tank cleaning nozzles are an essential element in crude oil tank cleaning. 
The Oreco automated non-man-entry systems integrate the unique Oreco SNS® – Nozzles which are specially designed for different tasks or applications. i.e.

• Oreco SNS® – Top Entry – for floating or fixed tank roofs using cold-tapping
• Oreco SNS® – Roof Leg – for floating roofs installed through leg-support sleeves
• Oreco SNS® – Side Entry – for installation on “man-way-holes” of tank walls

Oreco SNS® – Nozzles are the most versatile range of programmable robotic tools to ensure cleaning of tanks with any given complexity or limitations.

The range of SNS® are designed to ensure that crude-oil, slop-oil, HFO, or refined product tanks are cleaned effectively in the shortest possible time.

The nozzles ensure a high degree of efficiency with their far reaching, low pressure, high impact jets, which produce a precise 360-degree indexed pattern. The nozzles are particularly remarkable because they use as cleaning media the fluidized and recirculated sludge content in the tank.

For special cases where nozzles cannot be installed in existing openings, leg-support sleeves, or other openings on fixed and floating roofs, cold tapping orifices can be performed by using the specially developed Oreco’s SafeTap® Tool.
